Cailin Catarius

Originally from outside of Philadelphia, Cailin has been in the beverage scene since 2012, starting as a host for Victory Brewing Company. Working her way through the ranks, and becoming a General Manager, Cailin discovered her passion for people & making drinks in a space that brings the community together.

After taking a leap of faith, she moved to Portland, where she now runs our tasting room, coordinates events, sales & our socials. Needless to say- we keep her busy!

There is nothing that brings her more joy than working on our Community Spirits program, where we combine the art of drink making to create an impact within our local community. If you can’t find her in the tasting room, she is probably foraging for herbs, checking out the next great restaurant or rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
