Tits and Ass and Tom returns to Three of Strong!

Krista has been doing improv for over 10 years, and ran an improv theater in Portland, Maine for two years upon first moving here. Jennywren Walker trained in theater at AMDA in New York and has been performing improv since the 2000's. Tom Walsh trained with Improv Boston, and with Keith Johnstone, and has been performing in the Portland area since the 90's. He was a member of the popular group Instant Comedy in the 90's and performs with Running With Scissors. They recently won the Cage Match series of improv shows at Empire Comedy Club.

Meet up with us at Three of Strong in Portland, Maine to make a cute craft and support the Wild Seed Project! Optional Nature Walk @ 5pm to explore the newly planted street trees in the Bayside neighborhood. Urban trees filter pollution, provide cooling in the summer, moderate stormwater and boost biodiversity. Start the evening with a tour to meet some of these trees! Tour will meet at the entrance to Three of Strong brewing, and proceed with a 1/2 mile or so loop, moving at a leisurely pace over paved sidewalks.

Portland Crafting Girlies is a local crafting group that is focused on upcycling craft supplies and donating our proceeds to local non-profits.

At this event we are supporting The Wild Seed Project. It is $10 to attend, venmo/cash is accepted at the door. We have limited capacity so reserve your spot at on Eventbrite! If you can't make it please return your tickets to allow someone else to take your spot!

A seasonal, hands-on cocktail class featuring four spring drinks, practical technique, and instruction from edible MAINE and Three of Strong

Join edible MAINE and Three of Strong for a spring cocktail class that brings the season into the glass.

This hands-on evening is designed for curious drinkers, home bartenders, and anyone who wants to better understand how a great cocktail comes together. Led by edible MAINE Beverage Editor Jason Cousins and the team at Three of Strong, the class begins with a short introduction to seasonal foraging, cocktail archetypes, and the role of ingredients like syrups, shrubs, brines, citrus, and fresh botanicals.

From there, guests will work in pairs to build four seasonal cocktails with guided instruction throughout. You will taste as you go, learn simple techniques you can use at home, and get a deeper sense of how balance, texture, and aroma shape a drink.

To make the most of the evening, all syrups and cocktail components will be prepared in advance. Jason and the Three of Strong team will explain how they are made, how they work, and how to recreate the process in your own kitchen.

Each ticket includes:

• hands-on instruction

• samples of four seasonal cocktails

• light snacks

• water throughout the class

• 20% off spirit purchases made during the event

Guests will work in pairs during the class. Solo attendees are very welcome and will be paired on site.
