Night 3: Apples & Honey Hot Toddy

A fruity hot toddy featuring our ‘Chando 12, a Colombian rum aged for 12 years in repurposed bourbon barrels.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz ‘Chando 12

  • .5 oz cider-honey syrup*

  • lemon wedge

  • cinnamon stick

Add rum and syrup to your favorite mug and top with boiling water. Squeeze in lemon wedge. Stir and garnish with the cinnamon stick.

*Cider-honey syrup: Combine equal parts honey and apple cider (unfiltered apple juice works too) in a pot on medium heat and stir until homogenous.
