Spiced Highball

2 oz Merrymeeting Spiced Rum
.5 oz orange-vanilla syrup
Club soda
Build In glass over ice. Top with club soda and gently stir. Garnish with orange.
Tip: To make the orange-vanilla syrup, combine equal parts orange juice and sugar in a pot over medium heat. Add a couple drops of vanilla syrup (a little goes a long way!). Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool before using.
